One of the options for how a trader can usefully spend their free time is to read books on asset trading. For example, “Reminiscences of a Stock Operator” is a classic novel based on the life of legendary stock market speculator Jesse Livermore. This book tells about the psychology of markets, investments, and the stock market game. This fascinating book was first published in 1923. Anyone interested in cryptocurrency should read it. Don’t underestimate classics like these!
Another, more modern example is Mike Bellafiore’s book “One Good Trade: Inside the Highly Competitive World of Proprietary Trading,” published in 2017. The author talks about the intricacies of private trading on the example of his personal experience.
For something more theoretical, you might look at Nison Steve’s “Japanese Candlesticks.” The book provides a detailed guide to the rules for applying Japanese technical analysis. It helps to evaluate the charts of assets and, based on this, make assumptions about the future price behavior.
Do you want to relax? Something useful can also be gleaned from fiction. An excellent example is Theodore Dreiser’s “The Financier,” first published in 1912. This book presents the story of a young stock speculator who became wealthy through complex financial schemes but was on the verge of bankruptcy due to the Great Chicago Fire of 1871.

In addition to books, there is also a lot to be gained from documentaries on cryptocurrency. That is why we have added some great examples to our LATOKEN review. For example, in 2014, the film “Life on Bitcoin” was released. It tells the story of a newly married couple who, after the wedding, decided to perform something like an experiment: to live for three months, using only crypto to pay for goods and services.
Other interesting documentaries about cryptocurrency are “The Rise of Bitcoin” (2014) and “Banking on Bitcoin” (2016). One movie focuses on the principles behind cryptocurrency; another one shows the players who are defining how this technology will shape our lives in the future.
A good feature film about cryptocurrency is the American drama “Crypto.” It tells the story of a young anti-money laundering agent.
Is your vacation dragging on? Then be sure to watch the series “Startup.” The plot is built around the fictional digital coin GenCoin, as well as hackers, banks, and Mafiosi associated with it.

We also shouldn’t forget about crypto games that still stay up to date. For example, in the Lost Relics game, you can search for artifacts that are counted on the Ethereum blockchain in the form of ERC-1155 tokens. Not so long ago, we also wrote about the Axie Infinity online game token that reached its all-time high in early October 2021.
Another fantasy game is 0xUniverse. The user is invited to explore outer space and establish colonies on uninhabited planets. Their ownership will be recorded on the Ethereum blockchain.
Crypto Assault is a military-themed game. Its peculiarity lies in the fact that all equipment at the user’s disposal is tokens of the ERC-721 standard. However, at the moment, the possibility of exchanging them with other players is under development.
