Mass Adoption: Learn How To Send Cryptocurrencies Via Email And SMS

Yes. You’ve heard us right. The LATOKEN team has finally implemented a new feature that makes it incredibly easy for everyone to send cryptocurrencies.

From now on, you can send tokens to anyone by simply introducing an email address or cellphone number. This new function represents a major step in the race to promote mass adoption of cryptocurrencies.

The process couldn’t be easier to execute. Here’s a quick guide:

Step 1: Choose the Token

Login to your LATOKEN Account and go to ‘Wallet’. Select token you want to transfer and click on ‘Send’. A drop menu will show up with three options:

ERC-20 Wallet: you should choose this option if you intend to withdraw your tokens and send them to an ERC-20 wallet.
Phone: the recipient will get a SMS notification with a link to the wallet were transferred funds can be fund.
Email: the recipient will get an email with a link to the wallet were transferred funds can be fund.

Step 2: Press on Phone or Email

If you decide to move forward with the phone option, the first thing you should do is to enter the amount you desire to transfer.

The minimum amount you can send is 60 LA.
A fixed withdrawal fee of 30 LA is deduced from the amount.

The ‘including fee’ box will show the exact amount of tokens the recipient will get after the withdrawal fee is deduced.

Keep in mind the withdrawal fee when entering the amount. Example: if you would like the recipient to get 1000 LA, then you should introduce 1030 LA in the amount section. Otherwise, the recipient will get 970 LA tokens.

Later on, enter the phone or email of the recipient.
